Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving can be so stressful.  Making your home look perfect for guests, cooking the perfect dinner, maybe being around certain family members that don’t get along.  So today if you find yourself getting stressed out or overwhelmed, take a breath and think about what you have.  Think about what you are grateful for this Thanksgiving.  Believe me, it will put that stress into perspective.

What are you grateful for right now, today?  List 3 things/people you are grateful for.  When you get stressed today, list those 3 things in your head.
