Good Morning

 

You outer world may be chaotic, and sometimes there may not be much you can do about that.  But you can always control your inner world.  You can control how you react to things.  You can control your emotions.  You can control not letting yourself get overwhelmed.  Sometimes life gets chaotic, but your inner world does not have to get chaotic with it.  You can still stay centered by doing whatever practice works for you, and if you don’t know what works for you-try things out.  You can journal, meditate, start waking up an hour early to accomplish things, read, go outside and take a walk, dance, exercise.
