Morning Mindfulness


Today, let’s focus on releasing emotions.  You may not even know what it is you are holding onto.  It may be unconscious burying to protect yourself from feeling these emotions.  This is so bad for you.  In order to move forward, move on, or move into anything new you need to unload.  You need to unpack.  If you don’t unload there’s no room for any new good emotions.  Letting negative emotions fester just feeds more negativity because you may be suppressing them and acting like everything is fine, but I guarantee that those emotions are going to bubble up at some point in a way that’s not so great.  So unload.  Let yourself feel everything.  A great way to unload is journaling.  Let whatever come out come out.  Deal with it, and let it go.  How much lighter do you feel?
