Morning Mindfulness


Are you feeling disconnected?  Uninspired?  Unaligned?  Stuck?  It happens.  When this happens you NEED to reconnect with yourself.  Get inspired again.  A lot of times all this takes is stepping back for a day, an hour, a few days.  Take a break and go out for a walk in nature, if you can.  Read a book.  Journal.  Rest.  Wake up an hour early to have you time.  Do something fun.  Whatever it is that can take your mind off of your current situation and and give your mind a reset.  You just need to find your way back.
